XI International Forum “HEAVY CASPIAN” 2025

The forum is dedicated to the issues of oversized and heavy cargo transportation in the region of the South Caucasus, the Caspian Sea and the countries of Central Asia.

Among the topics of the 2025 conference are:

– Experience of oversized cargo delivery to Georgia, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan, comparison of transportation routes;

– Possibilities of ports of Georgia and Kazakhstan to accept project cargoes;

– Operation of the Trans-Caspian corridor for project cargoes;

– Air and sea transportation, possibilities of railroad in transportation of project cargoes.

April 1 is the main day when all participants will come together to discuss the most topical issues of KTG logistics at the conference. At the end of the first day guests will be welcomed by an evening buffet, and then everyone will be able to take part in a bowling tournament for prizes of the conference sponsors.

The second day of the forum (April 2) will be fully devoted to informal communication of delegates. A short sightseeing tour of the wide avenues of Tashkent and the Tashkent City neighborhood awaits the conference participants. We will also go down to the Tashkent subway: thanks to its rich interiors, the local subway is often called an underground museum. We will definitely stop by one of the city’s markets to buy national souvenirs. After – a visit to a unique winery and acquaintance with modern Uzbek winemaking will be organized. BBQ Party with dishes of national cuisine will take place in the vineyards: you will be served Tashkent pilaf, samsa and lamb will be roasted. The beginning of the excursion day is 11.00.
