Purpose: to discuss demand on the market of marine (including Arctic class) and river tugboats, to evaluate the market in terms of availability of tugboat construction at Russian shipyards, to compare with the purchase of vessels on the secondary market and ordering the construction of vessels in friendly countries, to assess the parameters and availability of modern tugboat projects, opportunities for the operation of modern tugboats.
