International Exhibition and Conference on Development of Oil and Gas Resources in the Russian Arctic and Continental Shelf

Has been held in Saint Petersburg since 1993.

Every two years, RAO/CIS Offshore brings together government officials, specialists from domestic and foreign companies, and leading scientists to discuss critical aspects of developing natural resources in the Arctic and continental shelf. Over the years, the event has attracted a total of approximately 6,300 delegates and 1,280 companies from 22 countries.

RAO/CIS Offshore provides opportunities for everyone to present their scientific knowledge and technological achievements, and we already have examples of effective international cooperation on the Russian shelf.
