Key Topics of the Program

The event comprised two sessions. The first session, “Current State of the River Tug Fleet. Promising River Tug Projects,” featured presentations on the concept of river transport development, forecasts for the development of barge-tug trains, tugboat projects, and mechanisms for financial support of fleet construction.

The second session took the form of a discussion on “Shaping Requirements for River Tug Projects for Serial Construction,” during which participants addressed the practical needs of the industry and approaches to design.

The conference served as a platform for direct dialogue between fleet customers and builders, facilitating the exchange of experience and aligning the current demands of shipping companies with promising river tug projects.

Participants attended both in person and via videoconference.

We extend our gratitude to the United Shipbuilding Corporation for the invitation and the excellent organization of the event.
