Morwenna Shipping Company Attended the IV Conference “Ship Repair, Modernization, Components”

On September 22, 2025, the IV conference “Ship Repair, Modernization, Components” was held in Saint Petersburg. The event was organized by IAA “PortNews”.

 

The total number of participants at the event in 2025 exceeded 150 people. They were representatives of Russian shipyards, shipping companies, industry associations, design organizations, suppliers of ship components and services. Our company was represented by Svetlana Sarsenova, Business Developer, as well as our partner — Alexander Danilovich, CEO of Design Bureau “Kompas”.

 

The conference featured three sessions: “Organization of Ship Repair”, “New Opportunities for Russian Enterprises”, and “Projects in Practice”.

 

Shiprepair of Morwenna’s fleet in figures: 

 

• 213 million rubles (including VAT, excluding spare parts and materials) were spent on preparing the fleet for the 2025 navigation season.
• Repairs were carried out in Arkhangelsk, Murmansk, Saint Petersburg, Zvenigovo, and Astrakhan. Dozens of vessels underwent maintenance, from dock surveys to routine repairs.
• For 2026, scheduled/dock surveys are planned for 30 vessels (16 self-propelled (tugs) and 14 non-self-propelled (barges)).
