On February 28, 2026, the Academy of Water Transport of RUT (MIIT) opened its doors to prospective students.

Morvenna was represented at the event by Tatyana Erebakan, HR Specialist, and Yulia Kolganova, Fleet Operations Specialist.

Company representatives met with school students and university applicants, speaking about careers in the shipping industry, the specifics of fleet operations, and professional opportunities within the company.

Morvenna actively cooperates with specialized educational institutions across the country. We maintain direct communication with students, explaining how work is organized both at sea and in shore-based departments, what competencies are currently in demand, and what career paths are available for young professionals.

During the meeting, participants asked questions about internships, practical training, and employment opportunities.
