Results of the 2024 crew headhunting campaign and continuation of the recruitment bonus program in 2025

The Morvenna shipping company has summed up the results of last year’s crew headhunting. A total of 32 people joined the company thanks to the crews. In 2024, the crew from the Navarin brought in six people who successfully completed their navigation training and continue to work for the company. The most active recruiter was Alexander Dmitrievich Tuseev, SPKM t/h Bogatyr. He recruited a senior motorist, two helmsmen, and a first assistant engineer to his tugboat, as well as SPKM to t/h OTA-903. This is a striking example of teamwork and commitment.

In 2025, the following bonus program is in effect:

— 15,000 rubles per employee for crew vacancies

— 30,000 rubles per employee for administrative staff vacancies

The main condition is that the invited employee must work the entire navigation period.
