Results of 2024 headhunting by crews and continuation of the bonus program for recruiting in 2025

The shipping company “Morwenna” has summed up the results of last year’s headhunting by crews. In total, 32 people joined the company thanks to the crews. In 2024, the crew from the “Navarin” brought 6 people who successfully completed the navigation and continue to work for the company. The most active recruiter is Tuseev Alexander Dmitrievich, the captain of the “Bogatyr” ship. He “hired” a senior engine driver, 2 steering engine drivers, and a 1st assistant engine driver on board his tugboat, as well as a PSCM on the OTA-903 ship. This is a clear example of teamwork and engagement.

In 2025, there is a bonus program in place:

— 15,000 rubles per employee for the seafaring staff

— 30,000 rubles per employee for a command staff position

The main condition is that the invited employee must work a full navigation.
