Morwenna at 16th Heavy Russia 2024 international conference

The 16th International Conference “Heavy Russia-2024” was held on November 18, 2024, in Moscow. This is one of the largest events for specialists in the field of transportation and installation of heavy lift and oversized cargo in Russia and the CIS countries.

Morwenna took an active part in the forum and discussion of key projects and strategies for the development of the sector.

The conference, which brought together experts from Russia, Kazakhstan, Turkey and other countries that have discussed promising projects in the field of transportation of oversized cargo, as well as the current projects.

Among them: Transportation of heavy-load equipment from St. Petersburg, RusChemAlliance (RHA) and the Baltic Chemical Complex (BCC), for which Morwenna’s fleet performs transportation of equipment for a gas processing plant, including demethanizers, de-ethanizers and cold units.

The forum participants were discussing a wide range of issues, including: prospects for sea shipping of heavy-lift cargo, creation of new transport corridors and their potential, inspection of routes and improvement of infrastructure for safe transportation, features of working with projects in the conditions of sanctions pressure.
