Employees of Morwenna Shipping Company improved their qualification at the training of Vladimir Tarasov

On March 13 the training on the program “Leadership and subordination” from the famous business coach Vladimir Tarasov, the author of bestsellers: “Technology of life: a book for heroes”, “The art of managerial struggle”, “MAKIAVELLI MANAGEMENT” was completed.

The course lasted for 2 months, at the end of which the trainees received certificates. During the training, the company’s employees mastered modern methods of making managerial decisions, practiced the skills of building constructive relationships with subordinates and managers, as well as gained skills to form a strong team.
