Morwenna at the IX Congress “Hydraulic Engineering Structures and Dredging”

On February 17–18, 2026, the IX Annual Congress “Hydraulic Engineering Structures and Dredging” was held in Moscow at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation. The event combined the Dredging Companies Forum and the technical conference “Modern Solutions for Hydraulic Engineering Works,” bringing together about 400 delegates. Over the two days, 45 industry reports were presented.

Morwenna Shipping Company participated in the congress and, for the third time, sponsored the mobile application for delegates. The app allows participants to stay in touch and schedule meetings during the period from February 10 to April 11.

The fleet of Morwenna Shipping Company is involved in large-scale hydraulic engineering construction projects – bridgea, berths, locks, and port infrastructure. The company performs towage of dredgers, floating cranes, and other non-self-propelled units, providing comprehensive logistics for construction processes.

The geography of operations covers the waters of the Northern Sea Route and Russia’s inland waterways, the Black Sea and Caspian Sea basins, the Baltic region, as well as projects in the Arabian Gulf.

Currently, the company’s fleet is participating in the construction project of a new bridge across the Volga River as part of the Southern Bypass of Saratov. The project is being implemented by JSC Bamtonnelstroy-Most, with the facility’s commissioning scheduled for November 2027.

Participation in the congress traditionally allows the company to maintain a professional dialogue with clients and partners.

We thank the organizers for the high level of the event!
