Continuing to raise personnel from ones youth

The Caspian Sea and River Transport Institute named after Admiral General F.M. Apraksin in Astrakhan organized a spring platform for schoolchildren wishing to get education related to shipping.

The event was attended by representatives of our company’s branch in Astrakhan: Alexander Nikolayevich Gondarev and Alfiya Rafaelievna Abdrakhmanova. Master classes were held for children, realized projects of the company were presented. A special atmosphere was created by interactive communication: children participated in a quiz, asked questions about shipping and marine logistics. The schoolchildren received gifts from the company for their initiative and active participation in the program.

Morwenna continues to follow its principle and takes part in personnel training by attending open days at educational institutions. Such events are not just an educational project – they are a bridge between school and future profession, helping talented young people to take their first steps in the shipping industry.
