Increase in bonuses for long service for crew members at the shipping company “Morwenna”

Effective July 1, 2024, the management of Morwenna Shipping Company has decided to increase the length-of-service bonus. This decision applies to all shipboard personnel, regardless of their position, and is based solely on length of service with the company.

Conditions for calculating the bonus:

• The employee’s length of service includes periods of service on the company’s vessels.
• Months of unpaid leave, absences from work, and waiting periods between contracts are excluded from the length of service.
• The bonus is calculated and paid once a month, along with the employee’s salary, provided the employee has worked for a full month.

We’d also like to inform you that we have a seniority restoration program for our employees. If you’ve worked for us for more than two years, then left our fleet, and are planning to return, we’ll restore your seniority calculation. Upon returning, you’ll once again receive your seniority bonus.
