Towing a SHIRIN vessel

TASK: 

• Towing of the vessel SHIRIN from the port of Turkmenbashi, Turkmenistan, through the Inland waterways of the Russian Federation to the port of Azov, Russian Federation;

IMPLEMENTATION:

• Received permission to tow a floating facility (without a flag, crew, cargo and passengers) through the Inland waterways of the Russian Federation from the Ministry of Transport;
• Received a certificate for a one-time haul from RRR;
• The placement of goods in transit under the customs procedure was completed (preparation and issuance of the Customs Declaration and its closing);
• Vessel SHIRIN was towed from the port of Turkmenbashi to the port of Azov;
