• transit through GDP of Russia;
• ship staff management and recruitment;
• all types of tuggage;
• oversized and heavy cargo transportation;
• project documents preparation, their adjustment by regulatory and control agencies;
• full agency services in ports of departure and arrival;
• flit/tonnage chartering;
• object of tuggage insurance.

4. The basis for the processing of personal data is:

• 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation;
• Article 6 of the Federal Law No. 152-FL “On Personal Data”;
• Other federal and normative and legal acts.

5. Processing implies collection; record; systematization; accumulation; storage; update (update, change), extraction; using and removal of the information.

The Consent may be withdrawn by the subject of personal data or his/her representative by sending a written notice to Morwenna to the address, mentioned at the beginning of the Consent.
